29 CFR 1910.134(m)(1):Records of medical evaluations required by 29 CFR 1910.134 were not retained and made available in accordance with 1910.1020: At the facility at 238 Nonotuck Street, Florence, MA: On and before February 1, 2023, the employer had not retained records of medical evaluations required by 29 CFR 1910.134. Employees were required to wear respirators to protect from Particulates Not Otherwise Regulated, Respirable Fraction, while performing color changes, maintenance and general production activities. Bi-Qem, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, 1910.132(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1576814, citation number 3, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on August 22, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 238 Nonotuck Street, Florence, MA.
