29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented, and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: At the facility at 238 Nonotuck Street, Florence, MA: On and before February 1, 2023, employees who performed set up and minor servicing activities on machines, including but not limited to Ball Mill #6, only activated the emergency stop buttons and did not utilize the existing energy control procedures.
