29 CFR 1926.200(g)(2): Traffic control signs or devices used for the protection of construction workers did not conform to Part VI of the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices [incorporated by reference, see �1926.6], 2009 Edition, Section 6H-33, in that the employer did not ensure a shadow vehicle having a truck mounted attenuator was provided: (a) Camden anchor on the Benjamin Franklin Bridge track 2, Camden, NJ: On the Benjamin Franklin Bridge Westbound lanes, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while operating in a lane closure and not having a shadow vehicle having a truck mounted attenuator behind the work vehicle on or about 10/14/2022 NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
