29 CFR 1910.119(g)(3): The employer did not ascertain that each employee involved in operating a process had received and understood the training required by preparing a record which contained the identity of the employee, the date of training, and the means used to verify that the employee understood the training: (a)AMTEC Corporation DBA Tech Ord at 47600 180th Street in Clear Lake, SD 57226: On or about and at times prior to October 10, 2022, the employer did not document the means used to verify that the employee understood the training when using TKOFM 7.2-2 Revision H. This condition exposed employees to fire and explosion hazards.
