29 CFR 1910.119(f)(1)(ii): The employer did not develop and implement written operating procedures that provided clear instructions for safely conducting activities involved in each covered process consistent with the process safety information that addressed operating limits: (a)AMTEC Corporation DBA Tech Ord at 47600 180th Street in Clear Lake, SD 57226: On or about and at times prior to October 10, 2022, the employer did not ensure that the Energetic Material Handling Procedure 700003 Revision Y included operating limits of energetic materials, types and quantities, that can be handled in ammunition cans. This condition exposed employees to fire and explosion hazards.
