29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i)(A): The employer did not complete a compilation of process safety information pertaining to the material of construction of equipment in the process: (a)AMTEC Corporation DBA Tech Ord at 47600 180th Street in Clear Lake, SD 57226: On or about and at times prior to October 10, 2022, the employer did not ensure all required process safety information pertaining to the equipment in the process was compiled, including materials of construction of process equipment such as but not limited to Aegis boxes, transport vehicles, forklifts, containers and ammunition boxes/cans, before the process hazards analysis for Process Hazards Analysis for Bulk Material Handling PHA 0015 Rev D September 2018 was conducted. This condition exposed employees to explosion hazards.
