29 CFR 1910.146(c)(2): The employer did not inform exposed employees, by posting danger signs or by any other equally effective means, of the existence and location of and the danger posed by permit spaces: a. Carestream Health, Inc., 2000 Howard Smith Ave West, C-40 bldg. Windsor CO 80550: On October 5, 2022 the employer did not inform exposed employees that the that the coil fan was a permit-required confined space by posting or labeling the existence and location of the danger posed by permit spaces. This condition exposed employees to delayed rescue in the event of an injury and burns.
