29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program did not enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and did not train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) At the jobsite located at 1 Wesley Chapel Blvd Wesley Chapel, FL 33544 - Sentosa Lexington Oaks Apartments; on or about 9/10/22, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that fall protection was not provided or enforced while roofing and framing operations were being conducted on a residential apartment building approximately 30 feet in height.
