29 CFR 1926.95(b):Where employees provide their own protective equipment, the employer did not assure its adequacy, including proper maintenance, and sanitation of such equipment. Location: a) Supported scaffold on the north side of the building: On or about September 20, 2022, employees used their own personal fall arrest equipment to install a hoist and to remove planks from a scaffold. The employer did not inspect the equipment to assure its adequacy.
