29 CFR 1926.601(b)(1): All vehicles did not have a service brake system, an emergency brake system, and a parking brake system. These systems may use common components and shall be maintained in operable condition. a) At 1002 Boss Hardy Road, Winder, GA; Southwest mid-edge of property; On or about September 15, 2022, and at times prior, the employer failed to ensure the braking system components and mechanism of a 2016 Western Star dump truck were within operable limits, exposing an employee to struck-by and crushed by hazards.
