29 CFR 1910.132(h)(5):The employer did not pay for replacement of PPE. a) Facility; On or about September 15, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards, in that the employer did not replace chemical resistant shoes required for employees. Employees chemical resistant shoes were damaged during a chemical spill on August 30, 2022 involving ZePride-E (41099) and Door San (236299).
