29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: Century Casting Corporation located at 1300 North Illinois Street in Belleville, IL 62220: On or about 2 September 2022, the mold lifter - push-out unit, a component of the Roberts Sinto Corporation FBO-II Molding Machine, was not guarded, exposing employees to crushing and entrapment points when the mold lifter plate cycles.
