29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: a) Worksite - On or about August 29, 2022, two employees were exposed to tipping and fall hazards when working on top of a scaffold (WEN Scaffolding, Model: 31110) stacked 3 high with each scaffold stack measuring approximately 65 inches in height and the wheel height measuring approximately 6 inches. The two employees were working from a height of approximately 16 feet 8 inches without any fall protection in place.
