29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i):The employer did not ensure each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by one or more of the following by guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest system: (a) This violation occurred on or about August 12, 2022, at the workplace located at 161 Highbridge Lane, Prosper, TX 75078; where employees doing HVAC service work at a two-story single-family house and were exposed fall hazards to the lower level.
