29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): a) Production area, dipping/plating area; On or about August 15, 2022 and at times prior to the employer exposed employees to hazards associated with chemicals in that employees were required to work with and around corrosive chemicals such as sulfuric acid, chromium, primer, macuplex stripper, and compressed gases for welding without first developing and implementing a written hazard communication program.
