29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition a) Southern Stamping, Inc. fabrication facility: On August 15, 2022 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to slip, trip, and fall hazards in that employees are required to walk along the elevated walkway with multiple holes, uneven walking surfaces, and rotten wood used to navigate adjacent to the multiple dipping tanks in the dipping warehouse.
