29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: In the CAB area, employee(s) engaged in servicing and maintenance activities on the Compression Auto Bagger (CAB) machine, were exposed to amputation, caught in, and lacerations hazards in that the employer did not perform periodic inspections of the existing procedures for machines with dual sources of energy to ensure the procedures were adequate.
