29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury: (a) On or about July 30, 2022, the employer did not ensure that eye and face protection were used by employees when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury. Employees of JD Construction, Inc. were observed framing a house and using a pneumatic nail gun without the benefit of eye/face protective equipment.
