29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose. In completed installations, each box did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy: (a) On or about August 15th, 2022, at times prior thereto, at the #3 debulk depalletizer in shop 23, the junction box adajacent to the operator's station was not covered, exposing employees to potential shock hazards.
