29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4):Work rests on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: (a) In the machine repair shop, on or about September 1st, 2022, the work rest on a Hammond of Kalamooza bench grinder was not adjusted to within one-eighth of an inch, to prevent the work from being jammed between the wheel and the rest, which may cause wheel breakage.
