29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2):Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, or uprights did not bear on base plates and mud sills or other adequate firm foundation: On or about July 20, 2022, employees working from a metal framed scaffold were exposed to a scaffold collapse, and fall of over 16 feet as the uprights did not bear on baseplates and mud sills. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
