29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1):Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii): On or about July 20, 2022, employees working from a metal framed scaffold were exposed to falls of more than 16 feet as the walking/ working section was not fully planked between the uprights. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
