29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: (a) Location - Academic Center Basement: On or about, July 18, 2022, employees were exposed to caught-in hazards while performing grinding and polishing operations on the bench grinder who work rest guard was adjusted greater than 1/8" away from the wheel.
