29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v):Fork-lifts shall not be used to support scaffold platforms unless the entire platform is attached to the fork and the fork-lift is not moved horizontally while the platform is occupied. The employer failed to protect employees from fall hazards. This was most recently documented on or about July 19th, 2022, in Omaha, Nebraska 68136. Multiple employees were observed conducting framing operations and they were utilizing a mobile platform that was not attached to the forklift.
