29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652 (b) or (c). (a) Breakthrough Resource Management, 8355 E 32nd Ave., Denver, CO 80238; Solana at Central Park Project: On or about July 12, 2022, and at time prior employees were conducting plumbing work, such as laying pipe in a trench 16 feet deep without protective systems in place. This exposed the employees to cave-in hazards.
