29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): General Safety and Health Provisions. Accident prevention responsibilities. Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. a) On or about June 21, 2022, the employer did not ensure that frequent and regular inspections of the full jobsite were completed by a competent person to ensure that employees were not exposed to hazards such as but not limited to 10 foot deep open holes.
