29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: a) Residential Driveway- 1910 Peregrine Drive, Brighton, CO 80601: On 06/18/2022, the company's Davidson Extension Ladder (Model # W-2321-16, Capacity: 200 lbs., Duty ANSI Type III, Mfg. Date: Jan 2005) was not used in accordance with the manufacture's recommendation. An employees used one section of the 16 ft. extension ladder to access the location of work. This ladder is not supposed to be used in sections, only fully assembled. This exposed employees to fall hazards.
