29 CFR 1910.146(c)(1): The employer did not evaluate the workplace to determine if any spaces were permit-required confined spaces: (a) At the worksite (White Lake Facility): On or about 6/19/22, the employer did not evaluate the workplace to determine if any spaces, including, but not limited to water floor drain sump pits, water storage tanks, wastewater storage tanks, steam and hot water boilers, steam autoclaves, and smoking chambers were permit-required confined spaces.
