29 CFR 1926.152(e)(4):Units dispensing flammable or combustible liquids were not protected against collision damage: a) 6251 Rock Springs Road Stonecrest, GA; On or about May 19, 2022, and at times prior to employees were exposed to fire and chemical hazards in that the employer failed to ensure the 4,000-gallon tank (red), 4,000-gallon tank (yellow), and a 500-gallon tank (yellow) containing diesel, located at or near the road, were protected from collision damage from the vehicles and mobile equipment.
