29 CFR 1904.29(b)(3): The employer did not enter each recordable injury or illness on the OSHA 300 Log and 301 Incident Report within seven (7) calendar days of receiving information that a recordable injury or illness had occurred. On or about May 19, 2022, at approximately 5:30PM, the employer did not record an injury or illness event within 7 calendar days onto the 2022 OSHA 300 Log and incident report, exposing employees to the hazard of not recording injuries and illnesses for that calendar year.
