29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds shall be fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports. On or about May 19, 2022, employees were conducting masonry activities from an outrigger platform and scaffold work platforms on a tubular welded frame scaffold without the working level being fully planked.
