29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l): a) 8 Pier Street, Eastampton NJ: The employer did not ensure that each employee who utilized a Pettibone All-Terrain lift at the worksite had received training which included formal instruction, hands on and an evaluation with a written certification of completion, on or about 05/11/22. All Best Contractors Corporation was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.178(l)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1573412, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/10/22, with respect to a workplace located at Barrington Court Building 3, Mount Holly NJ. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
