29 CFR 1926.302(b)(6): The use of hoses for hoisting or lowering tools was permitted. a- 8 Pier Street, Eastampton NJ - On or about 05/11/22 an employee lowered an air nailer, from the sheathed first floor roof to the ground surface below, using the air hose it was connected to. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
