29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: a. 5865 S. Perch Point, Floral City, Fl., observed on or about 05/07/2022, employees in the process of installing IntelliJack floor stabilization system consisting of galvanized steel jacks and beams were exposed to an electrocution hazard, in that, the employer allowed installers to work inside crawl spaces of homes near energized electric circuits without protecting workers against electric shock hazards by de-energizing and grounding, insulation or other effective means.
