29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: (a) Location - Sort Aisles, 87 Brick Kiln Road, Chelmsford. MA On or about 4/7/22, in the Sort Aisles, unloaders were exposed to a fire, entrapment, and emergency evacuation hazards in that the aisle ways leading to the emergency exits were obstructed due to the accumulation of packages. On or about 4/12/22, in the Sort Aisles, unloaders were exposed to a fire, entrapment, and emergency evacuation hazards in that the aisle ways leading to the emergency exits were obstructed due to the accumulation of packages. On or about 4/24/22, in the Sort Aisles, unloaders were exposed to a fire, entrapment, and emergency evacuation hazards in that the aisle ways leading to the emergency exits were obstructed due to the accumulation of packages. On or about 8/8/22, in the Sort Aisles, unloaders were exposed to a fire, entrapment, and emergency evacuation hazards in that the aisle ways leading to the emergency exits were obstructed due to the accumulation of packages.
