29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: (a) Aramark Uniform & Career Apparel Group, 424 Blair Avenue, Reading, Pennsylvania - An employee suffered injuries, resulting in in-patient hospitalization, on January 14, 2022 as a result of falling from a ladder, and the employer did not report this work-related in-patient hospitalization to OSHA within 24 hours. Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
