29 CFR 1926.416(a)(3):Employer did not advise employees of the location of energized electrical power circuits, the hazards involved, and the protective measures to be taken: On or about 04/02/2022, at the jobsite located at Peggy Adams Animal Rescue, located at 3200 North Military Trail #3100 in West Palm Beach, Florida, the employer did not ensure that energized electrical wires in the ceiling were identified and employees were informed of steps to take to avoid contact with said wires, thereby exposing employees to electrical shock and electrocution.
