29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1): The employer does not verify compliance with paragraph (a) of this section by preparing a written (training) certification record including the name or other identity of the employee trained, the date(s) of the training, and the signature of the person who conducted the training or the signature of the employer. (a) The employer does not verify that each employee was trained on fall protection by maintaining written training verification. This violation was most recently observed at 1307 Mount De Chantal Rd, Wheeling, WV, where on or about March 29, 2022, the employers written certification of fall protection training did not include the dates of training.
