29 CFR 1926.1424(a)(2)(ii): To prevent employees from entering hazard areas, the employer did not erect and maintain control lines, warning lines, railings or similar barriers to mark the boundaries of the hazard areas and/or did not train each employee to understand what these markings signify: a) Front of building, South side parking area - On or about March 17, 2022 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not erect and maintain any type of barriers to mark boundaries of the crane superstructure area where there are struck-by/crushing hazards present.
