29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: Employee Break Area: On and/or before March 03, 2022 the employer did not ensure the vending machines for employee use in the break area were plugged directly into a wall outlet. The vending machines were plugged into a yellow extension cord being used as a source of permanent power. Employee(s) were exposed to electrical shock and/or fire hazard(s).
