29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): (a) Williams-Sonoma Stores, Inc. at 5503 Havana Street in Denver, Colorado: On or about February 24, 2022, and at times prior, employees worked with hazardous chemicals when performing furniture touch-ups, but the employer had not developed a hazard communication program. Hazardous chemicals included: ? Mohawk Heavy Bodied Sanding Sealer ? Mohawk Colored Lacquer Enamel These chemicals contain ingredients that can cause health effects including cancer and genetic defects.
