29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vi): Each employee performing overhand bricklaying operations from a supported scaffold was not protected from falling from all open sides and ends of the scaffold (except at the side next to the wall being laid) by the use of a personal fall arrest system or guardrail system: Location: 191 East Hanover Ave Morristown, NJ 07960 a) Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet while conducting brick laying activities on an welded tubular frame scaffold, where guardrails were not installed and/or other means fall protection was provided on all working levels with open sides or ends on or about 2/22/22.
