29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section: a) Building B at The Windward on the River, Milford, DE, 19963: On or about February 10, 2022, the employer failed to ensure employees that conducted roofing activities, approximately 30 feet above the lower level, were provided adequate fall protection.
