29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1):The employer did not have a safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical they use. a) Cfresh Convenience, LLC Malbis Shell Car Wash: On or about February 10, 2022 and at times prior, the employer failed to ensure safety data sheets (SDS's) were readily available to employees using hazardous chemicals/soaps such as, but are not limited to Pro Magic Pink, UVP Green Chartreuse, Simoniz Kpt Wax and Shine, UVP Sunburst Yellow, Black Beauty, UVP Violet, Simoniz Shield Grade and Super Kleen.
