29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet. a) : Cfresh Convenience, LLC Malbis Shell Car Wash: On or about February 10, 2022 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to hazardous chemicals and substances such as but not limited to, Pro Magic Pink, UVP Green Chartreuse, Simoniz Kpt Wax and Shine, UVP Sunburst Yellow, Black Beauty, UVP Violet, Simoniz Shield Grade and Super Kleen. The employer failed to maintain a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present at the facility.
