29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) Cfresh Convenience, LLC Malbis Shell Car Wash: On or about February 10, 2022 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to hazardous chemicals and substances such as, but are not limited to Pro Magic Pink, UVP Green Chartreuse, Simoniz Kpt Wax and Shine, UVP Sunburst Yellow, Black Beauty, UVP Violet, Simoniz Shield Grade and Super Kleen. The employer has not developed and implemented a hazard communication program, including maintaining SDS sheets.
