29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Cfresh Convenience, LLC Malbis Shell Car Wash: On or about February 10, 2022 and at times prior, procedures had not been developed, documented and/or utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy, where employees were exposed to caught-in and struck-by, when performing servicing, setup, and maintenance activities on equipment including, but not limited to, Hydraulic pumps, hydrostatic pumps, conveyer belt/chain, high pressure arch pumps and Soap injector.
