29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided that will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) On or about March 3, 2022, and times prior thereto, in saw mill 1, where electrical plug wiring coming from the electrical panel were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws.
