29 CFR 1910.265(c)(20)(vi):Provisions were not made for the daily removal of refuse in operations, where an exhaust system was not required to remove refuse. (a) In the saw mill facility, on or about 3/24/2022: the employer did not assure sawdust was removed daily and a buildup of sawdust was prevalent in the facility exposing employees to a possible fire.
