29 CFR 1910.219(d)(1):Pulley(s) with part(s) seven feet or less from the floor or work platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) Standard guards-general requirements and (o) Approved materials: (a) In the saw mill facility, on or about 3/24/2022: The main saw head and edger were driven by 10, 7/8" thick semi-V belts over a pullies on a transmission shaft that was powered by a diesel engine. The 13.5" pullies on the transmission shaft are 38" off the ground and unguarded.
